You also have the option of allocating a set amount of time that you want spent on cleaning your property. You can choose what you want cleaned and when. This also allows you to have the option of cleaning parts of the vacating property yourself in order to save you $$$.
We charge an hourly rate base for these services. This also may help you save money. You are rewarded by the fact that we will need to spend less time cleaning if your vacating property is in good condition.
Our Partial Bond Cleaning Service
With our partial bond cleaning services you have options.
* You can set us a maximum amount of hours of which you would like our cleaners to clean. (min 3 hrs)
* you can write a list of what you would like clean in prefered order to a set time allocation.
* you can have us come clean specifics, such as the oven and light fittings. The choice is yours.
Our Complete Bond Cleaning Service
Our complete bond cleaning service includes:-
* ALL walls washed down including skirting boards and awnings
* ALL cupboards, drawers and shelves wiped out
* Light fittings pulled down and washed
* Bathrooms and toilets cleaned
* Oven, stovetop and rangehood cleaned (including behind oven)
* Floors vacuumed and mopped
* Fan exhaust and aircon filters cleaned
* All accessable windows cleaned
* All tracks and sills wiped
* Light switches and electrical plugs wiped
* Entrances, Balconies, garages, sheds and entertainment areas swept
* Cobwebs removed
( Lawn and gardens tidyed upon request)
